It is unlawful for any person to run, operate, navigate or direct any boat, motorboat, sailboat or personal watercraft within 75 feet of the area being used by persons fishing from a boat, 100 feet of the area designated as public swimming beaches, 150 feet of any dredging operation or dredging equipment or 150 feet from shoreline except when entering and leaving the lake or dock. Any areas designated as public swimming beaches shall be clearly marked with buoys. Provided, however, that this section shall not apply to boats used for the protection or instruction of swimmers or emergency boats.
