§ 93.32 SPEED AND OPERATION OF MOTORBOATS.
   (A)   Every operator of a motorboat or personal watercraft shall, at all times, navigate the same in a careful and prudent manner and at such rate of speed and along a course as not to endanger persons or property.
   (B)   It Is unlawful for any person to operate a motorboat or personal watercraft at a rate of speed greater than will permit him in the exercise of reasonable care to bring the motorboat to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead.
   (C)   It is unlawful to operate a motorboat or personal watercraft in a careless or reckless manner. Reckless navigation of a motorboat shall include operating the same in a manner which unnecessarily interferes with the free and proper use of Lake Okabena for purposes other than boating or unnecessarily endangers other boats therein, or the persons in them.
