§ 30.02 CITY ATTORNEY.
   The Council shall appoint a City Attorney, and such assistants as may be desirable. The City Attorney shall perform such duties as are required of him or her by law or referred to him or her by the Council or its agents. The City Attorney shall act as "Revisor of Ordinances" for the purpose of keeping the city code in a current and up-to-date condition.
