§ 93.16 CAMPING REGULATIONS.
   All campers using any public camp ground owned by the city shall be subject to the following regulations:
   (A)   All motor vehicles and camping rigs must stay on the roads or graveled spurs provided in said camp grounds.
   (B)   The maximum speed limit in any camp ground shall be ten miles per hour.
   (C)   No camping shall be permitted within 50 feet of the restrooms, playgrounds and shelterhouse unless a spur is located close to these areas.
   (D)   Each camping rig may run an electrical extension cord to one electrical receptacle outlet and said extension cord shall not extend beyond parking spur immediately adjacent to said electrical outlet.
   (E)   Electrical outlets in the shelter house shall not be used for extending electricity beyond the shelter house.
   (F)   Water hydrants shall not be connected to camper units except for drawing water for the purpose of filling the personal water supply tank of any camper.
   (G)   No person shall dig any holes or trenches of any kind.
   (H)   No person shall cause any building on the camp ground to be defaced or abused in any way and all restrooms shall be kept clean. All garbage shall be wrapped and placed in garbage cans.
   (I)   Fires will be allowed only in the fireplaces provided.
   (J)   All campsites shall be kept clean of refuse and debris.
   (K)   All domestic animals of any description shall be kept on a leash at all times and the leash shall not be longer than ten feet.
   (L)   All picnic tables in the camp shelter shall not be removed from the shelter. All picnic tables outside the shelter house shall be returned to their original location after being used.
   (M)   No person shall camp in the camp grounds exceeding five days in succession without prior authorization of the camp ground attendant or designated representative. The date of the original registration shall be used in determining the beginning and the end of the week.
   (N)   Playground equipment shall be used in an orderly manner and shall not be abused.
   (O)   Only trailer dumping shall be allowed at any trailer dumping station.
   (P)   The use of alcoholic beverages is restricted to the immediate location of the camp spur.
   (Q)   Discharge of firearms, bows and arrows, slingshots and the like is prohibited.
   (R)   No person shall enter camp ground between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. except to drive through once or set-up overnight facilities in a quiet manner so as not to be a nuisance to other overnight campers. After 10:00 p.m. all unnecessary noise shall cease. Campers shall limit activities so as not to disturb other campers in the park.
   (S)   No saving of spurs or use of spurs, grills, tables or shelter except with paid fee or advance reservation.
   (T)   All extra cars, boats or other vehicles shall be parked in visitor parking areas.
   (U)   Only one camping unit per spur.
   (V)   No vending or peddling of any kind in the campground is permitted.
   (W)   No loitering of any kind in the campground if you do not have a camper or are not a visitor of a paid camper.
   (X)   No horseback riding in the campground.
   (Y)   When all spurs are full, the campground will be closed to any additional units.
