(A) No tractors, agricultural implements, trucks other than a pickup truck, automobile trailer or automobile to which a trailer is attached shall be allowed to remain parked on any street at any one place for more than 60 minutes.
(B) This section shall not prohibit the parking of such vehicles as set out in division (A) of this section for the purpose of having access to any property abutting thereon,or for the purpose of loading or unloading, when such access cannot conveniently be secured from an alley.
(C) The City Council may, by appropriate action taken at any regular or special meeting, designate certain streets or parts thereof on which trucks may be parked and establish the times and conditions under which said trucks may be so parked.
