(A) No person shall park a semi-trailer in a residential area, so zoned by ordinance, except for the purpose of loading or unloading the same. ('69 Code, § 5.16, Subd. 10)
(B) (1) No tractors, agricultural implements, trucks other than a pickup truck, automobile trailer or automobile to which a trailer is attached shall be allowed to remain parked on any street at any one place for more than 60 minutes.
(2) This division shall not prohibit the parking of such vehicles as set out herein for the purpose of having access to any property abutting thereon, for the purpose of having access to any property abutting thereon, for the purpose of loading or unloading, which such access cannot conveniently be secured from an alley.
(3) The Council may by appropriate action taken at any regular or special meeting designate certain streets or parts thereof on which trucks may be parked, and establish the times and conditions under which said trucks may be so parked.
