§ 72.12 REMOVAL OF PARKING ENFORCEMENT MARKINGS.

No person shall willfully remove a parking enforcement mark from a vehicle for the purpose of evading enforcement within the limited parking zone as defined in § 72.08. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
