§ 152.121 AMENDMENTS REQUIRE DNR APPROVAL.
   All amendments to this chapter must be submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) prior to adoption. The Commissioner must approve the amendment prior to community approval.
