§ 152.042  CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following uses and activities may be allowed as conditional uses, if allowed in the underlying zoning district(s) or any applicable overlay district, following the procedures in § 152.093. Conditional uses must meet the standards in § 152.041(D) through 152.041(J) and § 152.043.
   (A)   Any structure that is not elevated on fill or flood proofed in accordance with § 152.041(A).
   (B)   Storage of any material or equipment below the regulatory flood protection elevation.
   (C)   The cumulative placement of more than 1,000 cubic yards of fill when the fill is not being used to elevate a structure in accordance with § 152.041(A).
