§ 101.01 ESTABLISHMENT; DEFINITION.
   (A)   Establishment. A Public Arts Commission is hereby established.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this chapter, PUBLIC ART is defined as artwork within the corporate limits of the city for physical artwork which is viewable from public spaces, whether on public or private land or buildings, whether owned by an individual, a business entity or the city.
