(A) A minimum easement of ten feet in width shall be provided for public utilities. The width of easements for public sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water mains shall be not less than twice the planned depth of each main or 20 feet, whichever is greater. Proper coordination shall be established between the subdivider and the applicable utility companies for the establishment of utility easements.
(B) Where a subdivision contains a natural ponding area or is traversed by a watercourse, drainageway, channel or stream, a stormwater drainage easement shall be provided, which substantially conforms to the ponding area or lines of such watercourse. Such easements shall be approved by the City Engineer.
(C) There shall be no perennial plantings in utility easements.
