(A) All lot side lines shall be at right angles to straight street lines or radial to curved street lines as far as possible.
(B) Double frontage. Except as provided elsewhere in this title, lots with frontage on two parallel streets should be avoided where possible.
(C) Minimum dimensions of lots shall be according to the zoning district in which the subdivision is to be located.
(D) Corner lots shall have extra width to allow for zoning requirements of side yards on corner lots.
(E) Corners of lots on major street intersections and at all other points likely to be dangerous in residential areas shall be rounded by a minimum radius of 15 feet at the street corner.
(F) Lot remnants. Lot remnants which are below minimum lot area or dimension must be added to adjacent or surrounding lots rather than to be allowed to remain as an unsuitable outlet or parcel unless the subdivider can show acceptable plans for the future use of such remnants.
(G) Lots shall be laid out to provide drainage away from buildings. Individual lot drainage shall be coordinated with the storm drainage pattern for the area.
(H) Each lot shall abut a public sanitary sewer main and a public water main within a street right-of-way or public utility easement.
