(A) No block shall be longer than 1,320 feet between street lines.
(B) The width of blocks shall not be less than 225 feet, nor more than 300 feet, except where there are unusual topographic, geologic, hydrologic, or environmental conditions present or to coordinate with the existing street pattern.
(C) Where a block is more than 800 feet long, the City Council may require a minimum five-foot wide walkway within a 15-foot right-of-way through the block to provide circulation to schools, playgrounds, parks, shopping centers, transportation or other community facilities.
