§ 70.06 RESTRICTED TURNS.
   The Chief of Police may, when authorized by the Council, whenever necessary to preserve a free flow of traffic or to prevent accidents, designate any intersection within the congested district as one where the turning of a vehicle to the left or to the right, or both, or making U-turns, is restricted or prohibited.
