§ 113.09 PROHIBITED SALES.
   (A)   No transient merchant, mobile food unit or seller, except an authorized manufacturer's representative, shall offer for sale at a flea market any of the following items:
      (1)   Infant formula or other food intended primarily for consumption by a child under the age of two years; and
      (2)   Over-the-counter drugs, medical devices and cosmetics.
   (B)   Neither the farmers’ market operators or vendors may display, sell, barter, trade or give away any live animals as the term ANIMAL is defined in § 90.01.
