(A) No transient merchant, mobile food unit or seller, except an authorized manufacturer's representative, shall offer for sale at a flea market any of the following items:
(1) Infant formula or other food intended primarily for consumption by a child under the age of two years; and
(2) Over-the-counter drugs, medical devices and cosmetics.
(B) Neither the farmers’ market operators or vendors may display, sell, barter, trade or give away any live animals as the term
