No person shall abandon any motor vehicle in violation of § 97.02 of this chapter or allow an abandoned motor vehicle or inoperable vehicle to remain on property in violation of § 97.03 of this chapter.
Any such violation shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
