Any of the costs incurred pursuant to the enforcement of this chapter not recovered and reimbursed to the City of Worthington from the sale of a motor vehicle under § 97.08 may be charged against the property where the motor vehicle was removed from and treated as a special assessment to be collected in the manner provided by the ordinances of the City of Worthington.
