(A) All pipe into the town’s sewer system must be inspected by the Town Inspector prior to backfilling the trench. All pipe that is covered prior to inspection shall be uncovered at the property owner’s expense so that the inspection can be made.
(B) No roof drains, area drains, sump pumps, or either storm or ground water sources shall be connected to the sanitary sewer.
