§ 52.27  SIZE.
   All new house services from the main sewer to the property or easement line, as installed by the town’s sewer contractor, will be six inches in diameter. The segment of line installed by the property owner, from the property or easement line to the house sewer, shall be four or six inches in diameter. Where it is required to connect to a grinder pump, laterals may be reduced to a size no smaller than the diameter of the pump discharge through use of proper fittings. High volume of water users are required to use six-inch pipe. Examples as follows: restaurants; factories; laundry mats; clubs; and/or car washes.
