§ 51.10  ADOPTION OF DRAINAGE UTILITY PLAN.
   (A)   The town’s Wastewater and Storm Water Drainage Utility Plan dated June 2009 is approved and adopted by the Town Council.
   (B)   Said Plan will be submitted to the state’s Office of Community and Rural Affairs for final review and approval.
