§ 50.04  PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL.
   Hereafter, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to store, accumulate, or dispose of garbage, rubbish, or refuse within the corporate limits of said town in an unsanitary, negligent, or obnoxious matter.
