§ 34.09  USE OF FUNDS COLLECTED.
   Funds received or collected for violations of town ordinances may be used by the Town Council for any legitimate governmental purpose. Obligations of funds collected from ordinance violations shall be accounted for pursuant to rules and regulations established by the state’s Board of Accounts.
