§ 34.08  JUDGMENTS AGAINST VIOLATORS.
   If the Town Attorney initiates a complaint to enforce an ordinance violation in the county superior court, and judgment is entered in favor of the town and against the individual, then the judgment shall include the fine, attorney’s fees, court costs, plus any other reasonable costs incurred by the town as a result of the violation. The Town Attorney shall enforce an ordinance violation pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6.
