§ 34.02  VIOLATIONS CLERK POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby created the position of Violations Clerk who shall administer the Ordinance Violations Bureau. The Violations Clerk may also be the same person as the Deputy Clerk-Treasurer described in § 31.02.
