§ 33.20  ALCOHOL PROHIBITED.
   No alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the buildings.

§ 33.21  COMMERCIAL BUSINESS.
   Buildings shall not be used for conducting commercial business for profit, including all types of sales, markets, or bazaars whether for business or personal gain. However, this is subject to the following provisions.

§ 33.22  USE BY TOWN ORGANIZATIONS.
   Buildings may be used by the Town Council, Park Board, Police Department, and Fire Department for meetings, dinners, or fund-raising events free of charge, provided that the building(s) is cleaned at the conclusion of the event.

§ 33.23  NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
   Buildings may be used by any non-profit organization for meetings, dinners, or fund-raising events free of charge, provided that the building(s) is cleaned at the conclusion of the event.

§ 33.24  PUBLIC MEETINGS.
   Buildings may be used for public meetings held by local, county, state, or federal officials free of charge, provided that the building(s) is cleaned at the conclusion of the event.

§ 33.25  RESERVATION OF BUILDINGS.
   Any other person, group, or organization not described above that wishes to use a town building must reserve the use of such building with the Clerk-Treasurer’s office and pay a user fee. Reservations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be made up to one year in advance of the planned usage.

§ 33.26  USE OF TOWN MEETING AREAS.
   Those persons using the Town Hall meeting room and community building at the park who do not qualify for free usage as outlined in the town building use guidelines shall pay a fee of $100.
