(A) The town hereby adopts as its policy the internal control standards as set forth in the State Board of Accounts’ UICSIPS Manual as expressly written and published, and incorporates and adopts any future amendments, revisions, editions, or updates made thereto.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to oversee the training of necessary personnel to insure compliance with the internal controls policy and I.C. 5-11-1-27.
