It shall be unlawful, except pursuant to a mutual aid agreement, for any person to remove from the corporate limits of the town, any fire truck, fire apparatus, or fire equipment owned by said town except the members of the Fire Department of said town may remove such fire trucks, apparatus, and equipment to other towns or cities that have a reciprocal firefighting agreement with the town, for the purpose of fighting a fire in such other town or city.
