§ 33.05  DIVISION OF WARDS.
   The town is hereby divided into the following legislative body districts (commonly known as wards):
   (A)   District 1. The territory in said town, included within the following boundaries shall constitute and be the First Council District of the town: all area lying south of Main Street and west of Commercial Street.
   (B)   District 2.  The territory in said town, included within the following boundaries shall constitute and be the Second Council District of the town: all area lying North of Main Street and West of Center Street.
   (C)   District 3.  The territory in said town, included within the following boundaries shall constitute and be the Third Council District: the area lying South of Main Street and East of Commercial Street.
