§ 33.04  HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The town adopts the County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan as an official plan.
   (B)   The county emergency management agency will submit on behalf of the participating municipalities the adopted Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan to the state’s Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final review and approval.
