§ 33.01  PERSONNEL HANDBOOK ADOPTED.
   (A)   All employees of the town are subject to, shall be provided with, shall acknowledge review and receipt of, and shall agree to abide by a certain Employee Personnel Handbook, effective July 14, 2015.
   (B)   The Board is authorized to amend the Employee Personnel Handbook from time to time to reflect certain changes in applicable laws and regulations, or simply to implement changes in policies in procedures or for any other appropriate reason.
   (C)   A copy of the Employee Personnel Handbook shall be maintained in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the town.
   (D)   The Employee Personnel Handbook shall be effective upon passage of this section.
