Special meetings of the Plan Commission may be called by the President of the Commission or by two members upon written request to the Secretary. The Secretary shall send all members at least 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) written notice fixing the time and place of the meeting, and shall give public notice of the same as provided in I.C. 5-14-1.5.
