§ 32.04  TERMS FOR CITIZEN MEMBERS.
   (A)   The citizen members of said Plan Commission shall be appointed for the following terms: two for a term of three years, and two for a term of four years.
   (B)   The terms shall expire on January 1 of the third or fourth year, respectively, following their appointment. Thereafter, as the terms expire, each new appointment shall be for a term of four years. The government members of said Plan Commission shall be appointed for a term of one year.
