§ 31.58  OFFICE OF SEWAGE UTILITY SUPERINTENDENT.
   There is hereby created the office of Sewage Utility Superintendent. The Sewage Utility Superintendent shall be appointed by the Town Council.  The office of the Sewage Utility Superintendent and the office of the Street Superintendent may be combined into one position and performed by one person.
