§ 31.57  SUPERVISION OF SEWER SYSTEMS.
   The Street Superintendent and/or Sewage Utility Superintendent shall have charge and custody of sanitary and storm sewer systems of the town, and shall see to it that they are kept in good repair and that they function properly.
