§ 31.41  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEPARTMENT and ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. The Town Council shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of I.C. 36-7-9, which is herein above adopted by reference.
