Any proposed amendment not originating from this Town Advisory Plan Commission shall be referred to the Town Advisory Plan Commission for consideration and report before any final action is taken by the Council members. The Town Advisory Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing, as prescribed by law, and report its findings and recommendations in writing to the legislative body.
