§ 152.16  PERMITS.
   No building permit shall be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer unless the proposed structure or use of structure of land is in complete conformity with the provisions of this chapter, or unless a written order is received from the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Town Advisory Plan Commission, or a court in accordance with this chapter and state legislation.
