As a result of the municipal elections for the town during the course of the year 2003, the three Council members elected to represent wards one, two, and three shall serve four-year terms and will be subject to re-election during the municipal elections of the year 2007 and every four years thereafter. However, the two Council members elected to serve on the Council on an “at-large” basis shall serve only three-year terms and will be subject to re-election during the general election of the year 2006 and every four years thereafter.
