The Town Council will review requests for the placement of an additional dwelling(s) on a single town lot that would otherwise violate § 150.51. Said request must be made in writing and contain a detailed description of the lot involved, the current dwelling, and the proposed additional dwelling(s), including the sizes of each. Factors the Town Council will consider in evaluating the request include lot size, dwelling types, dwelling sizes, proximity to other dwellings and/or buildings, and risk to public health and safety.
