Upon passage of this subchapter, current single town lots with more than one dwelling, and that are otherwise in compliance with all other town ordinances, will be grandfathered. However, no more dwellings may be added to such lots. Compliance with this subchapter is required upon the removal or destruction of any dwelling on said grandfathered lots.
