§ 150.50  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DWELLING. Include any of the following:
      (1)   A permanent or stick-built house;
      (2)   A mobile home; and
      (3)   A manufactured home.
