§ 150.17  ENCLOSURE AROUND THE BASE OF HOME.
   (A)   Each mobile or manufactured home shall be enclosed around the bottom with at least one access opening large enough to permit inspection of water, sewer, gas, and oil connections.
   (B)   The enclosure material shall be of a non-combustible material, except that wood may be used for the framework of the enclosure. There will be a 30-day compliance for enclosure around the bottom.
