§ 150.03  ANNEXING TERRITORY.
   All territory, roadways, streets, alleys, rights-of-way, easements, and all interests in real estate previously annexed by the Town Council remain annexed and nothing in this municipal code shall be deemed as authority for avoidance, cancellation, or nullification of previous annexations.
