§ 150.02  HOUSING NUMBERING.
   (A)   It is desired and deemed necessary that the owners of real estate in said town shall place numbers, a minimum of three inches in height, on a conspicuous place on the front of each dwelling house; tenement; rooming, boarding, or hotel building; and upon each first floor business room situated upon or faring any street in said town having improved concrete, stone, or brick sidewalks in front of said property, and that said owners shall also place suitable receptacles for the receipt of mail upon a convenient place on the front of said house and buildings.

   (B)   The privilege is hereby given the respective property owners affected hereby, or their agents, to procure said numbers and receptacles and have them affixed to their respective houses and buildings themselves; and in the event said property owners shall fail to do so, then the Town Marshal shall procure said numbers and receptacles and have them affixed and the respective property owners shall be assessed with the cost thereof, which shall be and constitute a lien on their respective properties and shall be collected as other taxes and assessments are collected by the Clerk-Treasurer, by advertisement and sale of said respective properties.

   (C)   A town map shall be maintained by the Clerk-Treasurer and available for inspection which shall clearly show numbers assigned to each residence or business.
