(A) Any person desiring to procure such license shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer the following fees:
(1) For each amusement show: $25 per day; and
(2) For each refreshment stand of any description: $5 per day.
(B) The party or parties paying such fees in accordance with the above schedule shall be entitled to the issuance of an appropriate license to exhibit such shows, to peddle, or sell such goods within the corporate limits of said town for the periods stipulated therein. This license is in addition to any and all licenses required by the county or state.
