§ 110.20  NOTICE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to hold or conduct an auction sale within the corporate limits of the town without first having notified the Clerk-Treasurer or Town Marshal.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to hold or conduct an auction sale within the corporate limits of said town shall notify the Clerk-Treasurer or Town Marshal at least 48 hours prior to the time of the auction.
