It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, or corporations to locate at any place on the public square, or the streets adjoining thereto, any wagon, automobile, truck, or other vehicle in which there are fruits, goods, wears, or merchandise of any kind, for sale from such vehicle, or to obstruct the street, by the sale or offer for sale of any fruits, goods, wears, or merchandise.
