§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any individual violating any provision of §§ 94.15 through 94.26, as the same is amended hereafter from time to time shall, upon determination of violation, be subject to one or more of the following penalties:
      (1)   Fine/legal fees. A fine of not less than $50 for a first violation and not less than $100 for a second or subsequent violation. A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day during which the violation occurs or continued.
      (2)   Suspension or revocation of permit. An individual failing or refusing to pay a fine assessed for violation of §§ 94.15 through 94.26, or who is cited with three or more violations of §§ 94.15 through 94.26 in a calendar year shall be subject to suspension or revocation of the permit for a period of at least one calendar year period.
   (C)   In addition to fines, or suspension or revocation of the permit, the town shall be entitled to all other remedies available in equity and at law, including injunctive relief. In addition, any person who violates this §§ 94.15 through 94.26, shall be liable to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the town in the enforcement of §§ 94.15 through 94.26.
