The proceedings of every meeting of the Town Council shall be drawn up at full length by the Clerk and by him or her attested and signed by the President or in his or her absence by the President Pro-Tem, upon approval of said minutes at the next meeting, but no resolution, order, ordinance, or action of the Town Council shall be defective for the want of such signing, provided the same is signed at any meeting of the Town Council thereafter.
