§ 94.25  REGISTRATION.
   Except as provided in § 94.26 of this subchapter, every owner of a golf cart who desires to operate the golf cart on public streets and alleyways shall register the same annually with the Clerk-Treasurer and obtain a permit on or before March 31 of each year. Before the Clerk-Treasurer may issue a permit, the golf cart must be inspected by the Town Marshall to ensure that the golf cart is in good, safe and operational condition. No permit may be issued for a golf cart that fails to pass inspection as determined by the Town Marshall. The permit shall be displayed and plainly visible on the rear of the golf cart.
